Q: Why do you have different plans?

A: Over the years we have learned that there isn't a one-size-fits-all commission structure. This is why we have developed different options for agents to choose from. Every agent is in a different phase of their career and we have a commission plan to suite each phase. Our whole goal is for you to eventually be producing enough for you to be on our Diamond plan. This results in the most take-home for you. 

Q: Am I locked into a long-term contract?

A: Absolutely not. We don't believe in locking you into any sort of long-term agreement. If you don't like it here, you don't have to stay (but we think you'll love it here!). Commission plans are eligible to be changed once each year in January. 

Q: Do I have to completely rebrand?

A: Not necessarily. We are huge believers in agents branding themselves and not the brokerage. Although the law requires that you have the brokerage name on your advertising, this doesn't mean you have to completely rebrand your entire business. All you have to do is change the name of the brokerage on your advertising. It is pretty quick and simple. 

Q: Do you give leads to your agents?

A: We do! As leads come into the brokerage, we distribute them to the agents on a round-robin. We don't want agents relying on these leads for their business, however it is a nice bonus to generate additional business for yourself!

Q: What additional fees are there?

A: None. Our model is completely transparent and simple.

Q: Do I have to pay for my own signs?

A: Yes. Agents are responsible for their own real estate signs. We have pre-made templates to make the ordering process easy. 

Q: Do I have to order my own business cards? 

A: Yes, however once again, we have pre-made templates for many different marketing materials. Ordering your business cards is just a matter of a few clicks. 

Q: Do you have an office?

A: Yes, we do have an office. It is located at 101 E Main St, Suite 212. We have a conference room that agents are welcome to use anytime, however, we do not provide individual offices or workspaces for agents. We have found over the years that this has become an unnecessary expense for the brokerage and we'd rather pass those savings onto the agents. 

Q: Can I pay my monthly brokerage fees (Emerald & Platnium) with a credit card?

A: Yes, you can! You can pay with ACH, credit, or debit card. We will have to keep one of those payment methods on file. 

Q: How often can I switch my commission plan?

A: Commission plans are eligible to be changed once each year. Each December we send out a link for agents to choose their commission plan for the next year.
